Cross-Border Estate Resolution

Four years ago, a couple in their early 50s with average investment experience was facing a significant challenge.

The wife's father had passed away some years before and her mother, a U.S. citizen like her daughter, had assets in several states at a variety of financial institutions. The wife's sister lived in Seattle, but was not able to play a role in consolidating their mother's complex affairs when she died. David and his team assumed a leadership role over the next 18 months as they consolidated her assets, facilitated bridge loans and developed a cross-border strategy to expedite the smooth settlement of the estate.

The Result

The couple was delighted with the focus and expertise David and his team harnessed to save them time, effort and money.
